Our social skills groups are great for adolescents who need a little extra help in building self-esteem, improving friendship skills, developing meaningful relationships, decreasing social anxiety, or just navigating the social environment they are faced with every day. At our social skills groups, learners are encouraged to be proud of who they are, and to do the same for others. Each learner is guided and supported as they learn to develop perspective, solve problems, resolve conflicts, follow rules, lose gracefully, offer choices to others, and manage emotions.
